Refund Policy

Return Policy
Returns must be authorized prior to returning the merchandise. Please call, fax or email our customer service department at customer_service@gosafe.com for return instructions. No restocking charge will be assessed to stock items if the products are returned within 7 business days. All merchandise must be returned in new and saleable condition or credit will not be issued. 

Special Orders
Special orders and/or customized products (items to which a company logo has been applied) are not eligible for refund unless a defect is identified in the product that corresponds with the terms of the OEM warranty.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of orders are subject to a 25% re-stock fee. Special order product may not be cancelled or returned.
